Jazz Radio Network.com was founded in 2007 by Rich Germaine who has been in the radio content business his whole life.  While Rich remains the “program director” of these channels, ownership was taken over last year by partners in “Jazz Radio Network, Inc” which is a registered Wyoming corporation.
